We're building the future of physical retail. PlaceUp helps independent brands get onto real retail shelves without traditional wholesale — connecting brands and local stores through one platform, making physical retail as easy as selling online.
We're looking for someone who loves talking to people, building relationships, and opening new opportunities.
What you'll do
- Discover amazing brands across the U.S.
- Reach out to founders and decision-makers.
- Build relationships with emerging consumer brands.
- Schedule partnership calls.
- Help brands launch into independent retail stores.
- Work directly with the founders to grow PlaceUp.
Who you are
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confident communicator.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Curious and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.
- Passionate about brands, retail, or startups.
Bonus if you have
- Sales or business development experience.
- Experience working with consumer brands.
- Startup experience.
